What to see and do

We know that a quality holiday is the sum of many parts. First and foremost is good comfortable accommodation and facilities on the campsite. But in addition, family activities, tourist excursions and eating out all complement and enhance the pleasure of a relaxing base camp.

The area incorporates SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) land which has an abundance of wild and rare animals and plants. If you are fortunate you may see a golden eagle, red squirrels or an otter.
